Shopping on the site was okay overall. I kind of had a feeling it might be a little slow before I even got started, that’s exactly what I noticed while browsing. Some sizes were harder to find than I’d like, which made the whole thing feel less smooth. Checkout worked fine, though, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just wish looking around and finding what I needed was easier.

They did eventually reply to my email, so I’ll give them that, but wow, it felt like I was waiting through an entire saga just to get a basic response. They weren’t rude or anything, which I appreciated, but the whole thing was slow and not exactly overflowing with helpfulness.

I still see some really cute pieces here and there, but lately the designs feel kinda messy to me. Like, I get what they’re going for, but some of the patterns and details just don’t really come together right. Not terrible, just a little weird compared to what I expected...

I ordered a specific size and color, and somehow they sent me the wrong ones. Frustrating, honestly—I was looking forward to wearing them and now I have to deal with returns or exchanges. Super annoying.

My order showed up later than expected, which was a little stressful because I felt pressured to have it in time. Once it finally arrived though, everything was fine and the items were in good shape

I grabbed these Vintage Havana sneakers thinking they’d be an easy everyday pair, and yeah they do look cute in person. But comfort wise... not it. The inside felt super stiff and my heel was already getting rubbed up after maybe 20 minutes
I tried wearing thicker socks and even just walking around the house to break them in, but they still hurt. For the price, I really expected them to feel a lot better. Probably wouldn’t buy them again

I ordered a pair of shoes from vintagehavana.com, when I opened the box I was like, okay yes, these are cute. They looked just like the photos, which is always a relief because you never really know until they show up. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there.
The sizing is where I got a little confused. I’m usually a true 8, so I figured I was safe, but they felt kind of tight in the toe while somehow being a bit loose around the heel. Like… how are we doing both at the same time? I’ll probably still wear them because they’re cute, but definitely not for a full day of walking. I just wish the sizing info had been a little more helpful.

I actually liked the shoes, but the sizing was off, so I figured exchanging them would be straightforward. It definitely wasn’t. The whole return process felt way more confusing than it needed to be.

It took a few days just to hear back, and when I finally did, the reply felt very “copy and paste” instead of actually helpful. On top of that, I still had to pay to ship them back, which was frustrating.

By the time everything got sorted out, the size I needed was already gone. i’m probably not ordering from vintagehavana.com again if returns are going to be this much of a hassle.

The shoes are definitely cute and looked great at first, but the stitching felt cheap once I had them in hand. I don’t know who’s in charge of quality control, but whoever runs this should really be paying more attention.

I really like how these shoes look, and they were comfortable right out of the box. But after just a few weeks, the soles started wearing down faster than I expected. They’re not falling apart or anything, but they definitely don’t feel as sturdy as I hoped for the price. If they don’t hold up better, I’ll probably look at another brand next time.

I found a few really cute pieces on Vintage Havana and wanted to like them more, but the prices felt a little high for what I actually got. The quality isn’t terrible or anything, just more average than I expected at that price point. For the money, I thought it would feel a bit nicer. I’d maybe shop there again if there was a really good sale, but I probably wouldn’t pay full price...
